In the 10th year since Tasty Catering’s cultural revolution, the company’s story had the honor of being featured in the Forbes magazine article titled “How Tasty Catering is Serving up a New Generation of Entrepreneurs.” The article discusses the two best business decisions my partners and I have ever made: 1) changing from a command and control culture and 2) investing in and advising young entrepreneurs. An ultimatum from two such entrepreneurs, Jamie Pritscher and Tim Walter, provided my brothers and me with the inspiration to revolutionize Tasty Catering’s culture, emphasizing employee engagement and creating 11 companies within our walls.
